Prior to beginning construction on your new Scott Felder Home, your project team (consisting of your Salesperson and Design Consultant) will meet with you at our Design Center for a pre-build consultation. This meeting is designed to review the entire new home construction process, including discussing your lifestyle in order to determine the perfect home and home-site for your family. You will have two appointments with your project team who will help guide you through all of the choices that the Design Center has to offer.

New home building is no easy task! There is a lot of behind-the-scenes work that is necessary to complete building new houses. We will work to secure various permits, finalize floor plans, distribute blueprints to plumbers, electricians and farmers and order various materials. The process begins here and it may be several weeks before any major activity begins on your home site.
