This past Friday my wife and I visited Esperanza. By chance we were fortunate enough to meet Catrina and she was very gracious in showing us Scott Felder reputation and quality history, the Hillsboro floor plan and the lot available. After our visit with Catrina we did indeed go back to Veramendi as she suggested and walked the model home that happened to be in the Hillsboro floor plan. We have decided to purchase in the Vintage Oaks Community and thanks to Catrina we are building with Scott Felder using the Hillsboro floorplan. I wanted to thank you for your time, professionalism, enthusiasm and great ability to ask questions that eventually led to a floor plan that is perfect.
