We are forever grateful to Scott Felder Homes! We lost money and time with another home builder, but once we found Donna at Rim Rock we knew we had found our forever home. She instantly wanted to help and did! I let her know what we wanted and within a couple of days she had a lot and floor plan just for us! The entire process was true perfection! We never felt like we were just another family; never rushed or told no. We got exactly what we wanted! Our fireplace was extremely important and our designer made it happen. After designing our home Donna and our Project Manager Chad were professional and communicated every step of the building process to us. It truly went so smoothly. We lost our house in a fire just over a year ago. We are on an excellent 1 acre lot in Shady Hollow and really wanted to stay on the property in a nice home. We talked to several contractors, and nobody who was in our price range (insurance $) really inspired a ton of confidence, though there were one or two who we felt we could go with if SF Homes wasn't able to build a house for us on our lot. Turns out they did, and they did a spectacular job. We ended up with the Mendocino II plan and their builder did a meticulous, thorough, quality job throughout. From the first rate materials to the first rate subcontractors and the thoughtful planning by everyone involved, we ended up with a house which exceeded the quality and beauty of the house we lost to the fire.
