Titan Development’s industrial parks in Georgetown, Northpark35 and Gateway35, have helped transform the area into a major manufacturing hub, attracting companies such as Amazon, CelLink, and ZT Systems. The developer is preparing to build a final 284,000-square-foot speculative facility, expected to meet strong demand and further support Georgetown’s economic and industrial growth.
