Scott Felder Homes Adds to 2021 Awards Collection; Earns Top Builder Recognition
The Texas Association of Builders (TAB) recognized Scott Felder Homes as the 2021 Grand Mid Volume Builder of the Year at the Star Awards, which took place on July 15, 2021, at the Hilton Anatole Dallas.
Scott Felder Homes has received TAB’s grand award six times within the past nine years.
“Like other homebuilders, we faced many challenges over the past 18 months, but continued with our dedication to creating quality homes,” said Steve Krasoff, CEO and President of Scott Felder Homes. “We are deeply honored by the Texas Association of Builders’ recognition in this and other categories.”
The Star Awards, presented annually, recognize exceptional individuals and companies that work in Texas’s residential construction industry.
Scott Felder Homes also received the following 2021 TAB STAR awards:
• Onsite Sales Professional of the Year: Keith Johnson
• Online Sales Manager of the Year: Cathy Sanders
• Best Interior Merchandising ($250,000-$500,000): The Cameron Model, located in The Colony Riverside in Bastrop

The TAB accolades are Scott Felder Homes’ second so far in 2021. The homebuilder was honored in March 2021 with the Austin Business Journal’s Production Builder of the Year award. The company is a 17-time Builder of the Year award recipient.
