Spring Color Palettes For Your New Home In Austin

Nothing says spring like soft, bright colors, both inside and outside your home. As the tulips pop up out of the ground and bloom, it is time to give your new Austin home a spring color makeover. This spring, bring your indoor design to life by adding the new spring colors that are all the rage this year. Here are a few ideas on how to add this fresh palette of spring hues to your new home.

Blush. This palest of the pinks is a lovely way to spruce up your home with light, soft color. Blush can be used to give an old piece of furniture new life. Paint an old rocking chair or a bistro table for your sun room with this soft pink for a spring fling.

Canary yellow. Bright, energetic canary yellow is a perfect addition to any room where you want to be creative and inspired. Add some bright yellow vases to your office or kitchen or other accent pieces, bringing that high energy into your work spaces.

Mint. Spring always has green in its color palette and this year that green is in the lovely shade of mint. Consider adding mint placemats and napkins to your dining area to incorporate this spry color into your new Austin home.

Cobalt. One of the more vivid colors this spring is cobalt. This bright blue is best used in small doses to brighten an area. Adding cobalt throw pillows on a white couch or loveseat can be a wonderful way to bring this stunning hue into your home.

Raspberry pink. There is always pink in a spring palette and this year is no exception. The rosy, raspberry pink in this year’s color scheme for spring is a soft, warm addition that can give your home a new style. Consider adding this to an accent wall to spruce up your space.

Ocean breeze. A pale blue or turquoise is another beautiful color that is trending this spring. This call to the ocean is perfect for your guest bath. Add a pale blue-green dish full of shells as an accent piece, along with matching towels to bring spring into the room.

Bright coral. Even orange hues can have a place on this year’s spring palette. A bright coral can be used to add a flare to a boring space. Try using a few different small pieces in the same area with this vivid hue to create interest.

    What OurHomebuyers Are Saying

We are forever grateful to Scott Felder Homes! We lost money and time with another home builder, but once we found Donna at Rim Rock we knew we had found our forever home. She instantly wanted to help and did! I let her know what we wanted and within a couple of days she had a lot and floor plan just for us! The entire process was true perfection! We never felt like we were just another family; never rushed or told no. We got exactly what we wanted! Our fireplace was extremely important and our designer made it happen. After designing our home Donna and our Project Manager Chad were professional and communicated every step of the building process to us. It truly went so smoothly. This team was just what we yearned for when building our dream home. My parents just came to see us and they loved every single detail of this home. We had a few minor issues once inside our home, but the problems were fixed within 48 hours. These guys know what they are doing and know how to give the best customer service! Thank you Scott Felder, we are forever grateful and can’t say it enough!
