From Austin, drive South on I-35 Follow I-35 S to S I-35 South Frontage Rd in Comal County. Take exit 193 and continue to Conrads Ln/Kohlenberg Rd in the left lane. We lost our house in a fire just over a year ago. We are on an excellent 1 acre lot in Shady Hollow and really wanted to stay on the property in a nice home.
